Many of us are experiencing some stagnation and confusion these days. Often, feeling “stuck” indicates a time of integrating shifts in our priorities and perspectives {contradictory to what it actually feels like}. When our inner inspiration, motivation, and meaning changes, or “evolves,” it often takes a while for our outsides (our personality, attention/cognition, and actions) to catch up.
If this resonates with you, you’re not alone.
There are simple tools and thought-provoking practices that can help.
If you can identify a clear motivation or direction, write it down in a simple I AM statement like below:
I AM motivated and believe that I will experience_________________.
Use phrases such as the examples listed to define your direction:
It is my belief…
I intend…
I am grateful that I will organically experience…
Next, repeat your intention or prayer 3 times slowly, as if you are visualizing, feeling, and experiencing it.
Find small moments throughout the day, before bed, and first thing in the morning to practice this. Repetition, deliberation, and focus are key. Trust yourSelf and the process to unfold!
Flip the script: Look to where you’ve lost interest, energy or engagement. Contrast, or what we don’t want, can always be utilized as an indication in the direction of where our heart is or what feels forward-seeking or encouraging.
If you can identify clearly what you do not want, write it down in a simple statement.
I RECOGNIZE _____________ is no longer an acceptable feeling, experience or belief. From this, I see that I am craving ______________ (the opposite of what you identified above)
For Example: I recognize that “disharmony in my relationship with my mother and other interactions” is no longer an acceptable feeling, experience, or belief. From this, I see that I am craving harmonious, reciprocal interactions with my mother and in all other relationships.
Take what you identified above and repeat the following portion of the exercise above.
Use phrases such as the examples listed to define your direction:
It is my belief I am worthy of experiencing…
I intend to open myself up to…
I am grateful that I will organically experience…
Next, repeat your intention or prayer 3 times slowly, as if you are visualizing, feeling, and experiencing it.
Find small moments throughout the day, before bed, and first thing in the morning to practice this. Repetition, deliberation, and focus are key. Trust yourSelf and the process to unfold!
When you are willing to listen to yourSelf, you are Engaging Your Inner Guru or what I like to call, your “innate wisdom,” Higher Self, Oversoul, or Direct Connection to God or Source Energy.
Remember, when stuck, rundown, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed (and so on), ask your Higher Self for support. So simple, yet we forget to communicate with ourSelves in a prayer-like way.
Find time to communicate with yourSelf. Ask your Soul for help and find ways to practice quiet reflection, listening, and patience as the responses show up.
Start looking for the signs – through animals, a resonating song on the radio, a text from someone who speaks the language resonating with your soul, or a thank you from a co-worker. All of these can be coordinated responses from your Soul.

This guide will help you in clarifying and articulating high vibrational language to start clearly communicating with yourSelf and create a rhythm, consistent dialogue, or prayer.
