Reschedule: We respectfully ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice via email to hello@soulpathology.com for rescheduling a session. We will work with you to accommodate the rescheduling of your session timeously as the waitlist availability allows.

Rescheduling requests received with less than 48hrs email notice shall incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 

Cancellation: Please provide us 5 days, notice via email to hello@soulpathology.com for a cancellation with a full refund.

No-shows, missed appointments, or less than 48-hour rescheduling notification: No-shows, missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 5 days’ email notice shall not receive a refund, however, a full-credit (valid for 12 months) for rescheduling of your appointment will be issued.

Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen and we will work earnestly to honor any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
